"I have known Edy Alvarado, his sister, and his team for over 8 years. He has done many jobs for me and my family over that time. I can say that he is a pleasure to work with both in his attitude towards the job and the customers he is working for. If there are different ways to do a job, he always asks before starting. Make sure the owner is getting it done the right way. There are numerous details that could change the outcome of a job so communication is crucial. Edys team set up for a job is excellent, protecting the owner's property from dust and debris. No one uses more covering plastic than Edys team. Details are important to the team and finishing touches are taken care of to a great extent. Clean-up is included so I don’t worry about messes being left. Edy has done many extensive jobs for me, including 1) redoing tiled floors. 2) redoing entire bathrooms. 3) putting in vinyl floors. 4) resurface the pool. 5) putting in doors and moldings. 6) doing mold remediation with his the special equipment. 7) Redoing the entire house for me required two months of work.
